Having been a fitness enthusiast the majority of my life, I have a keen understanding of the benefits and the difficulties in achieving certain goals. In the last number of years have I decided to put this enthusiasm and passion into a professional setting an became a Personal Trainer. In my experience as a Personal Trainer and as a Fitness Instructor in my community I have learned some valuable lessons. The most important I feel is that everybody is unique and as such should be treated as an individual. I feel it is important to use my skill set to the best of my ability to develop training plans, to suit a persons individual needs and goals.

I have always loved sports and keeping fit, especially as part of a team. I play hockey for the Bray men's first team and have played on the Leinster squad in the past. BPT Fitness gives me the opportunity to get involved in team and group motivation while pushing me to my personal limits. I work with my brothers as a team to create BPT Fitness, but I also work with clients in a team ideal as we work together to achieve their goals. My best experience as a Personal Trainer is getting to know clients, then pushing and motivating them towards their goals. A big win for me is seeing people achieve and surpass their goals and expectations.
